With regard to excellence in fabric quality it offers no compromises and the low air consumption is unchallenged. Thanks to the new Active Weft Control system (AWC), comprising of NTC (New Time Controller) and RTC (Real Time Controller), the compressed air consumption is drastically reduced. The main- and tandem nozzles ensure gentle acceleration of the weft yarn with minimal air consumption. Patented real-time monitoring of the weft yarn makes a predictive control of the relay nozzles possible. The Sultex L5500 air jet weaving machine is best suitable for light weight Denim and sheeting applications.
