AUTHORIZEDO NOT AUTHORIZE I hereby authorize Itema S.p.A., also pursuant to Articles 10 and 320 of the Italian Civil Code and Articles 96 and 97 of Law No. 633 of April 22, 1941, to publish photographic or video material collected during the event held on September 18, 2025, in which I may appear or be otherwise recognizable, on the social media channels of the Itema Group (Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn) for promotional purposes, or in printed publications accompanying articles related to the above-mentioned event. The use of such images is prohibited in contexts that may harm personal decorum or dignity. This authorization is granted without time limitation and is entirely free of charge; therefore, no claims of any kind may be made against the Itema Group.
