Service Visits Procedure

New Company Procedures Related to Itema Service Technicians' Visits

In addition to Itema's new Standard of Conduct and Code of Ethics (see "Corporate Governance" section), compliance with which is required in any dealings with our Company, Itema has now also adopted a Service Visits Procedure. The objective is to be in full compliance with Legislative Decree No. 231 of 2001 which, among other things, relates also to violations of Safety at Work regulations.

We aim to ensure that our workers, whether working on our Company premises or at Customer sites, are guaranteed the maximum level of health and safety at all times.

Below you can find the related documentation, including more details on the Procedure and other accompanying files that we invite you to read carefully and, when necessary, fill out and hand back to our technical staff during their visit.
