Your tasks

Your area of ​​responsibility includes a wide range of administrative tasks, including:

  • Monitoring and dunning the delivery dates
  • Processing customer complaints and trouble shooting
  • The creation of statistics and evaluations
  • Support the buyers in their daily business
  • The care of your own assortment with disposition responsibility

Your qualifications

  • Preferably basic commercial training
  • Languages: German and Italian very well; English will be considered as an advantage
  • Negotiating ability, flexibility and independent attitude
  • Daily attendance is requested
