Your tasks
Your area of responsibility includes a wide range of administrative tasks, including:
- Monitoring and dunning the delivery dates
- Processing customer complaints and trouble shooting
- The creation of statistics and evaluations
- Support the buyers in their daily business
- The care of your own assortment with disposition responsibility
Your qualifications
- Preferably basic commercial training
- Languages: German and Italian very well; English will be considered as an advantage
- Negotiating ability, flexibility and independent attitude
- Daily attendance is requested
