Itematech Open House Japan Review
Following stringent safety protocols to protect all the partecipants, Itema hosted from April, 19th till April, 23rd the first Itematech Open House at its premises in Ibaraki, Japan.
Unique in the industry, Itematech leverages the expertise and know-how of Itema and Panter to provide the market with the widest range of best-in-class technological solutions to weave technical fabrics.
An exclusive machine line-up for live demo was set up and specifically studied for the Japanese market in order to present the most comprehensive product portfolio entirely dedicated to the world of technical fabrics.
Machines on show were the Itema best-seller R95002, in 2200mm weaving width, fine-tuned to produce fabrics for automotive industry, along with the legendary Itematech P7300HP (3900mm) to weave working cloth. Last, but not least, the real star of the five-days event: the Itematech Hercules, the positive and negative rapier weaving machines was officially presented to some of the biggest technical fabric’s producers in Japan. Weaving base fabric for conveyor belt in 230mm weaving width, Hercules attracted interest and generated several requests among the selected visitors who attended the open house.
